I assure you that we do everything we can to provide you with the healthiest and best fish in the business! Most of our fish come directly from divers. This allows us to receive the healthiest fish possible and cuts down on the number of times the fish has been purged, bagged and shipped. This typical process stresses the fish and severely compromises their immune system which makes it very difficult to fight off diseases.

We have one of the best acclimation/quarantine processes in the business. Upon receiving, the fish are bathed for up to 2 hours in Prazi-Pro, cupramine and Furan 2 while being acclimated. Once the acclimation has been completed, we put the fish into a hypo-salinity quarantine system which has copper and prazi-pro at therapeutic levels. Every fish ordered is guaranteed to be healthy and eating.

In addition, every fish is held for at least 7 days before being shipped. For added peace of mind, we include a packet of Safety Stop made by Blue Life USA FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE. This is an instant quarantine that should not be used in place of your standard quarantine protocol but in addition to your standard quarantine process.
